Capacity- -six people
Renters must be 25 years old or married

Check-In: After 3:00 p.m. Check-out: Before 11:00 a.m.

1. Keys will be provided when rental is paid in full. Full pay must be received
Fourteen (14) days prior to check-in date. Please return keys as soon as possible
on your return. Your key deposit will be returned after all keys are turned in to the owner or agent and the condo is inspected for damage. $35.00 charge for lost each lost key. There is a $50.00 MANDATORY cleaning FEE.

2. Upon check-in, inspect the condo for cleanliness and damage.
Contact the Owner Representative immediately if a problem is found.

3. The renter will need to supply all towels and linens. The unit contains a queen size bed ,two twin size beds and a queen size sleeper sofa. Bring your own supplies and soap (hair, face, dish, dishwasher).

4. The main rules of the Homeowners Association at A Place of The Beach III are as
Follows: NO PETS, no house parties, no fireworks, no cooking on balcony,
No loud noise or music, keep all swimsuits, towels, etc. on the clothes rail line and DO NOT HANG OVER BALCONY RAIL.

5. Long distance telephone calls must be made using an access code ( such as
1- 800 -CALL-ATT) and calling /credit card or a prepaid calling card. YOU CANNOT go directly through the operator.

6. Please let us know of any items that may added to the condo to make a vacation more enjoyable for the future.
 

Departure Instructions

* Remove all items from refrigerator and wipe out.
* Dispose of all trash, in plastic bags, in the dumpster.
* Turn off all appliances, including air conditioners.
* Lock all windows and doors.
* Vacuum and sweep floors.
